Who We Are

The Lower Town Riverfront Conservancy (LTRC), a 501(c)3 entity, was formed to establish, improve, maintain, conserve, and preserve publicly accessible green space, trails and pathways, and park amenities along the Huron River. Broadway Park West represents the Conservancy’s inaugural project in Lower Town Ann Arbor.

To connect public and private partners with local communities, residents, and institutions to preserve the city’s natural habitat, integrate new landscapes, and manage urban amenities to cultivate a thriving four-season destination.
